Extra dry sparkling wine with straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Mature, fresh and fruity bouquet. Hints of sour apple, grapefruit, banana and acacia blossom. Elegant and harmonious taste.

Manual in the first ten days of September. White vinification with second fermentation, Charmat method. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave, with ageing on yeast for about 60 days with periodic stirring of the product until reaching optimal quality.

Splendid as an aperitif and for every occasion. It pleasantly combines with fish based first courses, shellfish, fruit and dry pastries.
