Brut sparkling white wine with a straw-yellow colour tending to greenish. The light and thin froth and the fine and persistent perlage characterise the refined elegance of this sparkling wine. Elegant bouquet with a floral and fruity hint. Intense flavour, full, classy and persistent.

Manual harvest in the first ten days of September. White vinification with second fermentation, Charmat method. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave, with ageing on yeast for about 90 days with periodic stirring of the product until reaching optimal quality.

Wonderful aperitif, it can also be consumed throughout the meal. Excellent at all times, it goes well delicate foods, light first courses and fish dishes.
