Late manual harvest, at the optimal ripening of the grapes. Red vinification with maceration on the skins for about ten days, with frequent pump overs until achieving the desired colour and tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Serve with fatty meats, grilled meats and typical dishes of Friulian cuisine. Excellent with aged cheeses.
