Manual harvest when the grapes are perfectly ripe. Red vinification with maceration on the skins for about ten days, with frequent pump overs until achieving the desired colour and tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Pleasant throughout the meal and at any time of the day. Wine that goes well with white and red meats, roasted meats and medium-aged cheeses.
