White wine with an intense golden yellow colour, especially if aged in wood. Very fine and intense aroma, floral, fruity, incredibly complex. On the palate it is sweet, velvety and harmonious. Generally, quite high alcohol content.

Due to its characteristics, it is a “meditation” wine, to be tasted preferably on its own. It can be combined with dry pastries, semi-seasoned or soft spicy cheeses.
