Pinot Grigio

White wine of yellow colour with coppery hues, obtained thanks to a light cryomaceration. Then aged in steel tanks, it is an elegant wine characterized by a delicate bouquet that recalls the scent of white flowers, such as jasmine, and fruity aromas, such as banana, lychee and melon. On the palate it is dry and mineral.
